Hello, my name is Elena. I am a student at a University. This is a blog that I am starting to write for a marketing class I am taking this semester. I was born in Russia and got adopted at the age of 6. I have had to learn English and grew up trying to hang onto what little of Russian culture I could. That being said I have obtained a passion for learning languages and cooking international food. What great way to start learning about someones’ culture if not by what they eat!
Celebrating My Journey
The cake I chose was from Natashas Kitchen. The title was an 8-layer honey cake recipe (Medovik). Since this go around I am not doing my own I will not list the ingredient measurements and go into detail for this recipe.
